I was watching him on TV just this afternoon. He died by having a sting ray barb slashed him across the chest. He will always be remembered and my condolences to his family. I feel bad for the children, they are only little 3 and 8 i think. Poor terri as well, she was trekking in tasmania when the news arrived.
