Pain, Death, and Confusion

How would you say pain, death, and confusion relate?

I think pain is what comes from death. Confusion is the outcome of pain...does anyone agree? Why or why not? How do you emphisise on this act of nature?

Re: Pain, Death, and Confusion

What do you mean by pain? Physical pain of dying? Or emotional pain of watching someone die?
What do you mean by death? The act or dying? Or watching someone else experience death?

Confusion is your own fault, if you don't think about death (whether it's you or someone around you) then of course you are going to be confused. Why wait to think about death? it's an inevitability.

I find the easiest way to think about your own death is to try and think back as far as you can, before you existed, before your own memories, where there is nothingness. That's what death is going to be like.

I mean both, any form of pain, however it is brought to you.

Again, same thing. I mean all, any form of death, however it is brought up.

I think they would all relate in suicide, get this. Suicide is a form of death, and is also sometimes the cause of death. Sometimes suicide is commited because of confusion, and it might hurt. Hurt and pain are synonyms.

Suicide can be cause by confusion, the outcome being death, which occasionally brings forth pain.

Wouldn't this relate them?

Re: Pain, Death, and Confusion

what makes you say suicide occurs because of confusion?
and how are pain and hurt synonymous?

Re: Pain, Death, and Confusion

well I think hurt and pain are synonyms, being words which have the same or similar meaning, they are closely linked, however me4froggy2, i really don't agree with what you are saying...

Pain, death, and confusion have the possibility (and nothing more) of being inter-related byproducts of each other. So, in a sense, yes; they can relate as you said. But, it's not set in stone.

Death can cause confusion. Confusion causes pain subsequently. Pain can cause confusion, subsequently resulting in death. Confusion can cause death via pain until nothing is left but the wish for the confusion of death and pain to itself experience confusion and death. Every possibility you can imagine is possible.

But, not always. Pain does not always cause confusion. If the pain is fully conceived, then it has no chance to cause confusion. All these things are interconnected with a quasi-ressentiment relationship.
