I do. I hate it SO much. I don't know why. I just get so mad and pissed off. How can I cope with it? I'm so good at giving advice, why not any to myself!?
I hate being helpless more so than confusion and frustration. Only way i cope is to let life carry on and soon enough its gone and all things are clear.

Of course. Things cannot ever remain bad and you cant remain frustrated, unless you let yourself. So best way is to just let the situation blow over and then before you realise it everythings back to being ok

haha, i have a lil sis who bloody bugs me so much. And the parents always like: leave your sister alone. When it isnt even me. Do what i do..just ignore him. Even when he hits you, pretend he doesnt exist. They soon get the message.

Craven, i'm disappointed. You don't even seem to put any effort into criticising people and giving advice anymore.
And of course people hate being frustrated and confused. You just have to learn to deal with it.

I hate frustration and confusion. I can't think of a situtation in which one wouldn't. The best way to cope with it is, in fact, to face the cause of it. You could just go on and forget about it, but more often then not it will just make the situation worse.
