can you explain the feels of being watched ? followed ? when there is actually no one around you ? situations like that are rare but can and does happen ... do you think its a mental case of being paraniod or maybe there is something unexplained around ...
I'm not sure. But according to scientists the brain imagines that someone is following them or watching them, especially in spooky situations -- it's nothing paranormal, just the way the brain works.
It might be paranormal, but these people monitored brain waves etc, so they might be able to tell.

I am pleased to say I am feeling the happiest I've ever felt in my life. It's so great that I can't explain - all down to one special girl.
You know what I think; Dreams, Deja Vu, and stuff like that all ties in somehow with the brain and stuff. The brain's gotta be more than it appears to be. Some people say they can see the future and yadda yadda yadda, I don't believe it but there's still something fishy there. Some scientist has to tie it all in and make a huge discovery.
The brain's really good. I mean, it already knows what you're thinking right before you think it! (wait...)

I think a lot of it can be put down to paranoia. I mean, if you're walking through a spooky mansion in the pitch blackness and the floorboards are creaking under your feet, you're far more likely to feel like you're being watched than you woul if you were skipping down the street in the bright sunshine.
But who knows, maybe there is something watching over us all the time? I don't think we'll ever find out.

personally i don't think that the feeling of someone watching you is in the mind.
your gonna think im crazy but i've experienced it and so have members of my close family.its not a nice thing specially when you can see the ghost or whatever it is......................
I dont really know what to believe. I feel like someone is watching me almost all the time. I dont know if it is because im over alert or because of extreme paranoia, or it could actually be someone actually after me. I hope no one is after me!!
yeah it all has to do with the mind, your brain processes things resonably slow compared to when stuff like vision, audio come in, and things like audio are processed faster then your conciousness takes to conjur a 'thought' , so you hear things before your actually conciously aware of them.

Lol, good point Dan. Of course unless you've been put on a Peruvian drug lords hitlist then you have the right and reason to feel watched 24/7.

yea i have to agree with that ,half the time if you make a point of it you can actually catch yourself out thinking about it before you feel it .
But granted there are times when you know your being watched and that is your senses opening up to some kind of energy ,but most of the time it is your super-subconsciousness that plays on you

i mean i defiantly think it is all to do with the brain as it is most likely.
But then who knows, we could be being watched for all we know.
This all paranormal being watched hasnt been proved so until it has im sticking with the brain side of it.
Like when you get shivers people say someone just walked over your grave, people that believe in life after death and reincarnation, past lives, all this could be true but not yet proved.
Lol, it funny becuase we all have different points on this, and there is no right or wrong answer about this i expect.
followed ? when there is actually no one around you ?
mental case of being paraniod
I've felt like I've been followed when no one is around. It feels weird, it's uncomfortable, because you start to realize how you could be an open target to a predator. Oppose to, maybe, you walking home with your friend. You don't realize how vulnerable you are when you're with someone as much as you do when you're alone.
Or, and this actually just happened to me, you'll be walking home feeling strange, and just as you start feeling comfortable and talking with the person walking home with you, it hits you. In my case, I was just starting to feel better, because I had known that having 4 1/2 days off was too good to be true, and an old lady tried to make the yield (yellow) light...No, we didn't get hit so much, my friend barely got hit and stumbled into me is all. But still, it's freaky how you're uncomfortable for a moment, but then you start to calm down and something bad happens.
