Where did you get this fact from? Because Christianity started about 2000years ago while Hinduism started 1800years before that. So i dont see how Hinduism branched out from Christianity. Even though it isnt true, it would make more sense for it to be Christianity to have branched out from Hinduism.

At my core, I'm a LaVeyan Satanist. But, if one was to include all my beliefs related to religion, I supposed I could be considered a Satanist/Athiest/Deist.
The Satanist part comes from the fact that my core beliefs revolve around the philosophy of Anton LaVey.
The Athiest part comes from the fact that, although I do not claim to know if a deity or a higher power exists, I'm 100% certain it is not Tetragrammaton. That is, I'm 100% certain that it's not the God of the bible, the Quaran, or the Torah. As well, I have seen no evidence that a higher power exists, and have witnessed events to point against it. Therefore, unless I'm shown proof negating this idea, I'm going to live as though no higher power exists.
The deist part comes from my idea that, in the incalculable chance a higher power exists, I believe it would follow the traits of deism. However, my athiesm severly overshadows my deistic belief, and I just have this in order to see beyond the veil in theological debate.
