i hate cramps alot. it makes me feel better when my boy friend rubs my back. plus a whole lotta midol. but if your hurting really bad try doing some crunches because it causes the muscle spasms to go away and you feel a lot better. just tryin to be helpful bye bye
period pains are the pits.. I h8 them!!! I find I find the best way 2 get rid o them is wiv a nice hot bath, and loads o choc, cos tat is a natural painkiller. It always depends on how heavy ur period is tho. A secret to period pains is to yoga! at least, ma mum ytold me she joined A yoga class, and never had as much period pains!

i get really bad period pain, and i talked to my doctor a while ago and she said pain killers and exercises will help.. i also drink raspberry leaf tea which helps a lil bit
