Period Pain
God damn it sucks!!
What do you do when you get it? Take pain killers? Just go to bed and hope it will go away?
Well I usually just get a heat pack, they're great. But if the pain's too bad I take pain killers.

I don't have period pain! But my mom uses heat packs and she also takes birth control which usually takes the pain away, but if it doesn't it eliminates it BIG TIME

well i actually don't get it as bad now, since i've been on the pill. but every so often it comes about and it sucks.

I just grit my teeth and wait it out. It's to bad for naomal painkillers, so i just eat Chocolate!  it's gets so bad i faint at times O_O

Well I don't get pains I don't know if that's unusual or something put my sister does and she just takes a pain killer, sleeps, and acts like a ***** when she's awake!

I just got put on the pill!!  hope this calms things down a bit. LOL plus it helps with..............other...........things as well lol

i used to get terrible ones - so bad i once passed out. im on the pill now and its helped alot. i used to just try to take it easy with a hot water bottle though and take mega-strength painkillers

i take it pain relief is more prefered

LOL i'm not that worried now that my Doc has explained things to me.. All med's have sideffects, some worse then others. The pill i'm on is the lowest doseage and therefore won't be that bad.  so far all i've noticed is that my boobs are getting a little bigger and tender O_o lol but i'm not onto the 'sugar' pill yet, so i won't know how it has effected my period probs...

When I had period pain i use to eat aload of chocolate! but i could do that as i gave it up for lents- so now i use other things like lieing on my belly! wheat bag!hot water bottle but a hot bath is excellent too

i believe the pill will just not make your period heavier- heavier mean more pain!
