I know meditation is only meant for relaxation mainly but I find that when I can't sleep, and that is usely because I am thinking about way too many things at 2 in the morning, meditation really helps. I close my eyes, clear my mind and slowly I feel relaxed and drift off to sleep.

That be relaxing then
Sit/lie down on a comfortable chair or bed, put on some relaxing music (Incubus - Aqueous Tranmission) and burn some insense... Cant feel better than that.

Cool Re: Meditation

Meditation is relaxing but also anoter way to go to sleep is to fantisise.
