I never went to any gym... that'd cost me a lot. Instead I joined this weightloss forum *removed* and get great exercising tips and routines there and thats it!
The only thing thats important is that you have to be honest to yourself and to make sure you do your routines everyday.

I will start going to the gym as soon as i can afford it. Anyone that lives in the uk knows how expensive it can be, especially if you want to attend a good all round gym. Its important to keep fit.
Remember keeping fit doesn't mean you need to go to the gym. Simply doing some sit ups push ups everyday can make a big difference, even a morning jog.
What do you mean by not? Or are you in a knot with something? Or do you need to learn how to tie knots because you are at a certain age that the technique of tying your shoelace is critical?

Oh yes! Erm, not really worth my hard earned dosh.
I roller blade out and about even in winter to try and keep fit. Mark has enlightened me to the world of wall climbing. Now, only if money isn't a problem...
